The Year Of The Xs

It seems most people i know these days are hitting that weird phase of “my god man, im gona be done school and am at the phase where i should be prepping to settle down” and a lot of them think to themself that theyve been there, done that and know exactly what they want in a person because theyve already had them.

I am one of these people. I believe Id be a fool if I just went along with the no dating exes rule. We evaluated what went wrong, what could be done differently and how to fix it.

Im a bit of an old soul. Its a shame we live in an age of “if its broke, buy a new one”. The people you see who were married forty years believe “if its broke, fix it”. Im like that. Ive fixed it. Im really glad I did.

I am so fucking happy.

I absolutely adore you. you say “our” like were already married, and you havent even asked me to go with you again yet because you want it to be special and want to take me out, thus how we got onto the topic of money and fancy outtings. “Our” is magic to my ears. Youre so fucking cute.

A Poem

They say that im lonely,
I know youre lonely too,
I can see when youre staring
At me with those eyes so blue.
We like to sleep past 1pm
Because i think secretly were cats,
The only snack flavour we bother with
Is salt and vinegar cos thats where its at.
Were really geeky but cool
Because we are truly grease;

But we had fun and didnt get booked,

This was our reaction to that naiive little cunning stunt saying that her boyfriend says shes beautiful before he kisses her before they go to sleep every night. she had to point out every night to me. me and my friend (who happens to be this girls ex) laughed and laughed and laughed. howling with laughter. i love the feeling of winning. Honey, I know youre desperate to be right, but im a bit of an asshole, and youre a really terrible blatant liar. ladies, if youre gona lie about your boyfriend, lie realistically. He is not he kind of guy to say that sorta thing, especially considering he told everyone shes disgusting while they were broken up for a bit. haha beautiful. You look like that short stubby irken invader that the Almighty Tallest blink questionably at. Hes a chubby rectangle. Maybe if you were a better person, i wouldnt have to laugh at you.

Call me spiteful or call me holy but…

for those that really cared about me, if youre still around, i am happy i get to be a part of your life and i want to see your happiness unfold. if for whatever reason youre gone away from me, well i really hope someone makes you happy one day.

for those that caring was a one way street, and now youre away from me, put me in an a-line and call me a spiteful gash in a sundress, but i hope youre quite miserable and one day when im happy youll think, “shit, son. i shoulda stuck around and actually put in some effort”. Best believe ill make sure you get a late wedding invite and other things to add insult to injury. I want to hear you say “i should have…”

Im usually never bothered by the thought of my exes with someone else, i grew up being told by my aunt that it was a good deed to give my used toys ive outgrown to the less fortunate ;) Except that one toy that got donated by accident. yeah, definately got that one back

A Poem

I like to think sometimes when im daydreaming
that well live beside the ocean
or in a castle in the sky
somewhere no one can find us
where well watch the world die;
I like to think well grow old together
and die at the same time
after living a life so happy
living all our dreams
just you me and a family.
wed have enough to be comfortable
but not seem discontent
with material possessions
and no one would say were snooty
or have really rich obsessions.
wed be the generosity of the rich
and the humbleness of the poor
wed be happy and content in life
and never ask for more
